Builders Association of India, an internationally recognized and the spokesperson of the construction industry in the country with over 133 centres, including 30 centres in Tamil Nadu was started in 1941. Builders Association of India Southern Centre , the biggest centre has been functioning effectively since 1950 in Chennai.
Chennai is one of the fastest growing metros, especially with the formation of Greater Chennai Municipal Corporation. It is the only metro that has witnessed consistent growth in the real estate. The city also leads in the industries of IT, Medical, Hospitality, Automobiles and infrastructure growth is focussed on expanded ports, metro rail, Green Field airport and residential complexes, backed by the Tamil Nadu Government’s Vision 2023.
Taking these developments into account and to boost the trade and provide opportunities to all the players in the industry, Builders Association of India Southern Centre is announcing the 3rd Edition of its international Exhibition, `BAICON 2015’ to be held at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai 600 089 from 9th – 11th January, 2015.
The third edition BAICON 2015 has received good response from the construction industry and will be participated by major manufacturing companies of the construction sector.
BAICON 2015 will be supported by the Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India. The Exhibition will be inaugurated by the Hon’ble Minister of Urban Development of India. Hon’ble Minister of Surface Transport and Shipping, Government of India will also participate in the event.
