To provide a platform to reflect the warm hospitality of the people Of Tamilnadu Trade Promotion Organisation (TNPO) has constructed mammoth convention centre with the state-of-the Art facilities in the sprawing Chennai Trade centre campus, Farmed against a back drop of two hillocks, the chennai Trade Centre (CTC) campus is close to the international Airport. There are Quite a few five star Hotels in close vivinity. Most of the important commercial centres of the city are very near to the centre and are easily acessible in a short drive.

The facilities at the Chennai Convention Centre match international standards and include a variety of conferencing and banqueting space ranging from 250 Sq.ft. to 20,000 sq.ft to suffice for 25 or 2000 delegates.

One of the finest in India the centre blends traditional architecture with moden convenience in a setting that is as it is spacious.

The spectacular rise in industrialism has brought in the need for a Trade Center and this paved the way for the establishment of Tamil Nadu Trade Promotion Organization. This organization is the joint venture of India Trade Promotion Organization, the Government of India, the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO), and the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Located adjacent to St. Thomas Mount, the Chennai Trade Centre spans an area of over 25 acres. This state-of-the-art hall is fully equipped with all modern amenities and has centralized air conditioning facility. The CTC has three halls – Hall No. 1 (4,400 sq. mtrs), Hall No. 2 (1, 760 sq. mtrs.) and Hall No.3 (4,400 sq. mtrs). Each of the halls is 6 meters high to facilitate the display of all merchandise including machinery.

The uniqueness of this structure is that there are no columns or pillars. The Chennai Trade Centre is one of the best venues in India suitable for holding conferences, conventions, exhibitions etc.
